Data & AI
ApplyPRO functions as an extension of your Applicant Tracking System (ATS), guaranteeing adherence to your data policy. It scans job descriptions and resumes for positions you’ve posted without altering any content.
ApplyPRO accesses CV data from your ATS but all information remains securely stored within your ATS.
ApplyPRO does not dismiss applicants or render decisions; instead, it offers recommendations to recruiters regarding the most suitable candidates for interviews, accompanied by detailed justifications.
ApplyPRO does not train or improve AI models using your CV data.

THE EU AI ACT 2024
We welcome the introduction of new legislation on artificial intelligence: The EU AI Act. This regulation will lay the foundations for the regulation of AI in the EU.
According to the EU An artificial intelligence system (AI system) is defined as: A machine-based system designed to operate with varying levels of autonomy and that may exhibit adaptiveness after deployment and that, for explicit or implicit objectives, infers, from the input it receives, how to generate outputs such as predictions, content, recommendations, or decisions that can influence physical or virtual environments.
ApplyPRO is looking forward to registering on the EU Database for AI Systems, once this has been implemented by the EU. In the meantime, below is a summary for HR departments to reference when considering the use of ApplyPRO.
